Part-time, Full-time Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities Foster a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment Observe and assess children's progress and document observations Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and behavior Assist in maintaining classroom schedules, routines, and transitions Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support center-wide initiatives Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and center policies Attend regular staff meetings and participate in professional development
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required) At least 18 years old Can PASS all background checks CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting (preferred) Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills A genuine passion for early childhood development
Dependable Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Capable of sitting on the floor, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to react quickly in emergency situations
