Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of children, including toddlers and preschoolers Support children's social-emotional growth through effective behavior management strategies and child welfare practices Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress, conduct assessments, and support early intervention when necessary Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and standardized testing results Foster strong communication skills to effectively work with children, parents, and team members Qualifications Elementary or Early Childhood Teaching Certificate required Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management approaches Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
