Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

The Tri-State Oral Surgery team is now seeking a full-time, self-motivated Patient Care Coordinator. The perfect candidate will jump right in with our multi-doctor surgery team and will have a dental or oral surgery background, basic computer skills, proper telephone etiquette, and a desire to provide only the best for our patients. However, on-the-job training will be provided. Our primary focus is to find someone that is confident and outgoing, has a heart to help people, and is willing and able to learn. This position will REQUIRE travel on some days to our Evansville, IN office, with the primary work location being our Owensboro office. Job duties will include providing exceptional customer service, answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, processing patient transactions, and other clerical tasks.
