!Our Lead Teachers:
- Create a safe and loving learning environment for children
- Are caring, compassionate, patient and love what they do
- Ensure the daily care of all children by following state licensing guidelines and business standards
- Communicate directly with parents
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Implement curriculum daily and complete minimal paperwork
- Have continuous educational and training opportunities
- Work collectively with staff to ensure a fun and safe working environment
Education:
A child development associate (CDA) credential or be enrolled in a CDA credential program that will be completed within 1 year; or have an college degree from an accredited institution or be enrolled in a program leading to a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), child development (CD) or related field. Hourly rate increases to $12 with CDA or similar degree.Benefits:
