Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Infant Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education tailored specifically for infants, fostering their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and literacy education for infants Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play Engage in active communication with children to support social-emotional growth and behavior management Collaborate with families to share progress, address concerns, and support early intervention strategies when needed Maintain detailed records of each child's developmental milestones, daily activities, and classroom observations Manage classroom routines efficiently, including diapering, feeding, nap times, and physical activities such as teaching physical education suitable for infants Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to childcare and early childhood education Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques Experience in curriculum development tailored for infants and toddlers Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members in a childcare setting Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies like preschool experience or private school experience is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage with children and convey information clearly to families Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment when applicable Skills in lesson planning, tutoring, or teaching physical education tailored for young learners Understanding of child welfare practices and daycare regulations Join us at Kids Are People Too! where your passion for early childhood education will make a meaningful difference. Pay:
