Part Time Infant Room Teacher

Responsibilities Create a safe and welcoming environment by supervising children during activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and early learning skills Assist with diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene routines for infants and toddlers Engage children in creative play, storytelling, and social interactions to encourage emotional and social growth Monitor behavior management strategies to foster positive discipline and respectful interactions Collaborate with parents and team members to share updates on each child's progress and needs Maintain cleanliness of the childcare area, ensuring all toys and materials are sanitized and organized Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and developmental activities Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Classroom experience or early childhood education coursework enhances your ability to support learning milestones Join us to make a meaningful difference in children's lives!
