Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated daycare provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for caring for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers, fostering their development through educational activities, play, and emotional support. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help children thrive during their formative years while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Duties Supervise and care for children in a daycare setting, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the day Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions Assist with feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene routines in accordance with health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and play Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols related to childcare and early childhood education Skills Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool environment Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning atmosphere Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners! Pay:
