Amesbury & Salisbury, MA Job Type:

Full-Time Pay:

$21-$22/hour (based on experience and certification level) Milestones Childcare & Preschool LLC is seeking a warm, energetic, and EEC Certified Preschool Teacher to join our growing team! With two licensed centers located in Amesbury and Salisbury , we're proud to offer a collaborative, supportive work environment where educators are valued and empowered to thrive. If you are passionate about early childhood education and love creating meaningful learning experiences for young children, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports each child's growth and development Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with Massachusetts EEC guidelines Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with families Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration Collaborate with co-teachers and administration to ensure a positive and consistent classroom experience Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school events

Requirements:

EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (Required) Prior experience in a licensed early childhood setting preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Reliable, professional, and committed to creating a positive classroom culture

Schedule:

Full-time, year-round Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30
