Little Brown Bear Academy is a small, nurturing program looking for a Toddler/Preschool Teacher who is energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to whole-child development. What You'll Do Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment Observe, document, and assess developmental milestones Collaborate with a small team of kind, supportive educators Participate in daily routines and classroom maintenance Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an early childhood setting ECE Teacher Certification or Family Child Care experience preferred Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices A love of nature and outdoor play Strong communication and collaboration skills Desire for continued learning and growth in the ECE field Benefits $19
