Your expertise in early childhood education will inspire young learners and support their individual needs through innovative lesson planning and compassionate care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to infants and toddlers, incorporating literacy education, physical activity, and sensory exploration Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive social interactions Manage daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and transition activities with patience and professionalism Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation among young children Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address individual needs or concerns Maintain detailed records of each child's development, including observations aligned with childhood development standards and early intervention strategies Support classroom management by organizing materials, planning lessons, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar early childhood settings; classroom experience preferred Knowledge of curriculum development methods including Montessori or other child-centered approaches Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs to support diverse learning needs Strong understanding of childhood development principles relevant to infants and toddlers Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; coursework in literacy education, math for young children or physical education is a plus Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and best practices in childcare Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms the lives of our youngest learners.
