Job Description
Burlington Montessori School is a Montessori Preschool School in Burlington providing amazing care and early education to children ages 3 years through 7 years. As a team and Montessori School, we care to the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of the children in our care through the Montessori Method and by providing the best care possible and unlimited opportunities for children to learn through the Montessori Philosophy. We strive to maintain a positive work environment, one which encourage growth for our teachers. What we look for in our teachers: 1
- A teacher to work with a Montessori Lead Teacher with 20 kids, maintaining a learning environment for our children that is warm, supportive and nurturing the Montessori way. 2
- Providing consistent, supportive care for the lead teacher, children and their families. 3
- Strong classroom organization skills. 4
- Ability to establish strong and caring relationships with the children. 5
- Communicate effectively with others, including teachers, directors, and families. 6
- Cooperate successfully as a member of a team. 7
- Ability to work in a fast paced, energetic atmosphere. 8
- Patience, nurturing skills and a high level of professionalism. 9
- Enthusiastic, energetic, dependable and genuine love to the children. 10
- Ability to learn and understand the Montessori Philosophy.
Responsibilities:

- Work with the lead to maintain a clean classroom for the children. 3

Requirements:
1- EEC certified 2
- 1-2 years of experience working with children 3
- Reliable transportation to get to work.

$24.00- $28.
