Classroom Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants/toddlers
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors
• Incorporate hands-on activities and play-based learning into daily lessons
• Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Familiarity with tutoring in subjects such as math or physical education is a plus
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
