Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic early childhood education team as an EEC Certified Full Time Floater! In this vibrant role, you will be a versatile and essential team member, providing high-quality care and education across multiple classrooms. As a dedicated floater, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various ages, applying your expertise in early childhood development to make a positive impact every day. Responsibilities Provide consistent, high-quality childcare and early education to children across different classrooms, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist in curriculum development and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and encouraging cooperative play among children Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily activities to build strong partnerships Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed diligently Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, special education, and early intervention strategies Requirements Valid EEC (Early Education and Care) certification required for full-time employment Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing educational activities for young children Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, health & safety regulations including first aid and CPR certification Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where children can explore their potential! Pay:
