Full-Time, Monday-Friday Preschool Teacher•School Readiness Classroom The Learning Experience•Dedham is seeking certified Preschool Teachers to support children ages 3-5 in a structured classroom environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences where children build independence, communication skills, and strong early academic foundations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Guide children through classroom transitions and learning centers Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required Prior preschool classroom experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice Reliable, patient, and collaborative teaching approach Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
