StarPreschools.com/Careers We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated EEC Certified Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and a passion for creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for our infants and toddlers. As an Infant, Toddler, or Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our young learners through interactive activities, individualized attention, and positive reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants and toddlers. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. Observe and assess each child's progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians. Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all state licensing regulations and center policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in infant and toddler care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children. Why Join Us?
