Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Teacher to join our team (No experience required). In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged from infants to toddlers. You will play a crucial role in their early childhood development, ensuring that each child receives the care and attention they need to thrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, classroom management, and experience working with children with diverse needs. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication and collaboration. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to create an inviting space for learning. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Collaborate with special education staff to support children with disabilities or special needs. Experience Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or related field preferred. Familiarity with childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Be on time and have a consistent work schedule. Experience in infant care, toddler care, or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is highly desirable. First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage children effectively.
