Full-Time, Monday-Friday Preschool Teacher The Learning Experience•Franklin is seeking a certified Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3-5 in a structured learning environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development. Key Responsibilities Implement developmentally appropriate preschool learning activities Support early literacy, math readiness, and classroom participation Maintain classroom organization and daily routines Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing standards Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required Prior preschool classroom experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice Team-oriented and dependable mindset
