Three Harbors Preschool is an early education and care center in West Harwich that is looking to expand its wonderful team, with you!
Immediate Positions Available:
Lead Toddler Teacher Infant Teacher Description:
Teachers work in a team approach, sharing in responsibility for managing and implementing classroom routines and activities. All employees are required to uphold and personify our core values of being amazing, being curious, to keep reaching, and to be and have character.
Qualifications:
Teachers must meet all EEC Minimum Hiring Requirements, Teacher qualifications or Teacher certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide for children's basic needs Establish and maintain positive relationships among coworkers, families, and children Be able to actively participate in activities with children Scaffold learning experiences to enhance each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Have developmentally appropriate expectations of children, and ability to respectfully communicate Help to create meaningful curriculum, maintain respectful communication with families, and daily documentation in childcare app and to support children's learning Help maintain a clean and organized classroom, and share in housekeeping responsibilities
