Pay:
$20 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking a nurturing and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3-5 in a structured early learning environment focused on kindergarten readiness, independence, and social-emotional development. This role is ideal for an Early Childhood Educator who enjoys leading engaging classroom routines, building strong relationships with families, and supporting young learners during an important stage of development. Key Responsibilities Lead daily preschool classroom routines in a safe and engaging learning environment Implement developmentally appropriate activities supporting early literacy, math readiness, and social skills Support children's independence, problem-solving, and classroom participation Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and classroom experiences Collaborate with teaching team members to maintain consistent classroom structure Partner with center leadership to support program quality and classroom success Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required (or ability to qualify) Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Minimum 1 year of preschool or childcare classroom experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K plan Paid time off Employee childcare discount Ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities Apply today to join The Learning Experience - Milford and help create a classroom where children build confidence, curiosity, and strong foundations for lifelong learning.
