Job Description
KinderCare seeks a Senior Teacher to lead curriculum and classroom activities for preschool-aged children in a nurturing, play-based environment. You will design engaging lesson plans, guide assistants, and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Partner with families through regular communication and progress updates. Collaborate with center staff to uphold licensing standards, support center events, and model best practices in early childhood education while mentoring newer teachers and contributing to program improvements.
