Job Description

Join Our Team at Rainbow Kids Learning Center! Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in the lives of infants and toddlers? Rainbow Kids Learning Center is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic teachers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. If you love working with children and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you! Candidates must have an EEC Preschool Teacher/ Toddler Certification. The availability to work a mix of both early and late shifts on a consistent weekly schedule (hours between 7:30-5:00) is required. Candidates should be positive, genuine and gentle in their guidance practices in the field of Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and dressing Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Guide children in positive behavior and conflict resolution Communicate regularly with parents about progress and daily activities Collaborate with team members to support a positive learning environment
Requirements:
MA EEC Teaching Certification (Required) and a degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred). Experience working with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, is required. Physically Fit and able to lift up to 70 pounds to meet the physical demands of the job. Clear Criminal Record (must pass background check). A warm, approachable demeanor with a passion for creating a positive, nurturing environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday . A deep passion for early childhood development and a commitment to helping children thrive.
