Are you passionate about helping children grow, explore, and discover? We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Pre-K Teacher to guide our little learners with care, creativity, and fun! We believe in creating a safe, joyful space where kids can thrive—and we want you to be a part of it! Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Provide attentive care to Pre-K aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction, creativity, and emotional growth. Monitor children's progress and development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities. Experience Proven experience in childcare or working with young children in an educational setting is preferred. A background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues are essential.
