The ideal candidate will support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while building positive relationships with families and colleagues. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment. Support children's development through hands-on learning and daily interactions. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior effectively. Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's development and classroom activities. Maintain accurate records in accordance with EEC and licensing requirements. Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to support program goals. Qualifications EEC Preschool Teacher certification (or higher). Experience working in a preschool, childcare, or early education setting. Knowledge of child development and positive behavior guidance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience supporting diverse learning needs is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
