We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in students
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress
- Create engaging activities that promote literacy education, creativity, and critical thinking
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and maintain proper documentation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities
Qualifications:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
