Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a ToddlerTeacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in students
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress
• Create engaging activities that promote literacy education, creativity, and critical thinking
• Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Adhere to all licensing regulations and maintain proper documentation

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities

Qualifications:

• Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
