In this dynamic role, you will inspire young minds, foster a love for learning, and support the holistic development of children aged 2 to 5 years old. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication will help create a nurturing environment where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As a key team member, you will implement engaging curriculum plans, manage classroom activities, and communicate effectively with families to ensure each child's success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of childhood development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Manage daily classroom activities to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children. Utilize classroom management techniques to encourage positive behavior and support individual needs. Plan engaging lessons that incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies aligned with early childhood standards. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child development observations. Support children with special educational needs through tailored instruction and collaboration with specialists in early intervention or special education. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings. Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices. Skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with Montessori methods or standardized testing is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Pay:
