We are looking for educators who are passionate to work with young children to join us! Wisdom Tree Children's Center (WTCC) is conveniently situated near the heart of Winchester, Massachusetts. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for children between the ages of 1 years and 6 months to 6 years. Responsibilities:
Work with the teaching team to develop, implement and evaluate classroom teaching methods and provide a high-quality educational program that reflects the goals and values of the school; Develop weekly plans and implement age-appropriate curriculum that nurture and stimulate all domains of each child's development Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects children's learning and growth Observe and document children's learning through progress reports, portfolios, and assessment tools. Maintain constant and open communication with parents and caregivers
Requirement:
One year of experience as a preschool/ toddler teacher (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
