Your Role:
As an BCBA in training , you will:- Work closely with our BCBA's in our Wrentham center to improve competencies and provide a BCBA mentor. We will help you feel confident in your ability to enter the field as a future BCBA.
- Work with children & adolescents in our Wrentham center, their homes, or daycare settings.
- Teach vocational & social skills , encourage leisure activities, and promote community involvement.
- Implement ABA teaching procedures to help children reach their personal goals.
- Coach & collaborate with families to ensure consistency and success.
- Lead play & social skills groups to encourage peer interaction.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible Hours
Competitive Pay:
$22 - $27 per hour (based on experience)What We're Looking For:
