Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our KinderCare at Arnold center. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will design developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while implementing KinderCare's proven curriculum. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning. Collaborate with center staff to implement Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
