Role:
Join The Learning Experience in Bel Air, MD, as a Lead Preschool Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! This role is perfect for passionate educators who want to make a difference in children's lives while working with a supportive team.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and growth.
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Requirements:
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Must be located and eligible to work in the United States.
