Responsibilities Design and implement innovative curricula that promote literacy education, early intervention, and holistic childhood development. Lead classroom activities that incorporate Montessori methods, preschool best practices, and age-appropriate lesson planning. Manage daily classroom routines with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Collaborate with families and team members to support children's behavioral management and overall welfare. Utilize strong communication skills to engage children in physical education, tutoring sessions, and social-emotional learning activities. Monitor progress through standardized testing and formative assessments to tailor instruction effectively. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child progress reports, and classroom management strategies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Experience Proven classroom management experience in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or private schools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across areas including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education. Hands-on experience working with children with diverse needs, including early intervention programs and childhood developmental support. Strong background in preschool experience with familiarity in Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment tools. Prior experience in classroom teaching or tutoring that emphasizes behavior management and child welfare best practices.
