Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Also, the candidate should have a PG county teaching certificate. This position involves educating children through engaging activities, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensuring their overall welfare in a private school setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Educate children in various subjects including basic math concepts, language skills, and social studies. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. Assess children's development through standardized testing and informal evaluations. Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse learning needs. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. Maintain records of each child's progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary. Qualifications Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of child welfare practices and the ability to create a safe learning environment. Familiarity with lesson planning techniques tailored for preschool-aged children. A background in special education is a plus but not required. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
