Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Monitor children's progress and development Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day Are You Qualified? Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or Equivalent Maryland MSDE Preschool 90 Hours Certification Required Bachelors degree, Associates Degree (or at least 30 college credits) in Early Childhood Education preferred Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development Commitment to ongoing professional development Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
