Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Woodbridge Station center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth. You'll build strong relationships with families, document progress, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. Working within a collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll receive ongoing training and opportunities to advance your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families regularly. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum goals and center initiatives. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Manage daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
