Infant and Toddler Teacher

Infant and Toddler Teacher We are especially interested in candidates looking for a long-term role and a professional home. We are a warm, relationship-based preschool seeking a nurturing, reliable Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team full-time. This position works with children ages 12 to 24 months in a calm, responsive environment that prioritizes connection, development, and respectful care. We are looking for someone who understands that caregiving is teaching-and who values the importance of consistency, responsiveness, and strong relationships with young children.

What You'll Do:

• Provide attentive, responsive care to infants and toddlers
• Support daily routines (feeding, diapering, naps) with warmth and respect
• Engage children through play, language, and interaction
• Create a calm, predictable classroom environment
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families
• Collaborate with a co-teacher and leadership team What Makes this

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+
• Experience with infants and/or toddlers required (childcare center, nannying, or similar)
• Warm, patient, and attentive demeanor
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Meets, or is willing to meet, Maryland childcare licensing requirements The Ideal Candidate is someone who:
