Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday The Learning Experience•Gaithersburg is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences. Responsibilities Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlers Support early communication and social development Guide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Partner with families through daily communication Follow health, safety, and licensing expectations Qualifications Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulations Prior toddler classroom experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable and collaborative team member This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
