Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Smallwood Drive learning center to nurture and inspire young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences. In this role, you will design lessons that support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom. You will observe and document progress, communicate closely with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood curricula. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and maintain high standards of health and safety. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and standards. Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth. Maintain classroom materials, cleanliness, and organization. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support center events and activities that strengthen family engagement.
