Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Sports & Fitness Teacher/Coach to inspire young children through engaging physical activities, sports, and fitness programs. In this role, you will foster a fun, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages children to develop their motor skills, teamwork, and healthy habits. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate preschoolers to explore movement, learn new sports skills, and build confidence while emphasizing safety and proper technique. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the physical development of young learners and promote a lifelong love of activity. Duties Implement age-appropriate sports and fitness activities that promote physical development, coordination, and teamwork among preschool children Lead engaging classes in various sports such as Soccer, Basketball, Field Hockey, Lacrosee, Martial Arts, etc Foster a positive environment that encourages participation, sportsmanship, and confidence-building Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and safety during activities Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards Manage behavior effectively using age-appropriate behavior management strategies to create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere Requirements Must at leastt 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and access to an automoblie Prior experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is essential Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Experience teaching physical education or leading sports-specific training sessions for young children is a plus Childcare experience combined with behavior management skills to support positive development outcomes
