We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Team Member:
Plan and direct age-appropriate, standards-aligned curriculum that promotes cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development. Establish and manage a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment with clear routines that promote positive behavior. Lead the assessment process by observing, documenting, and evaluating student progress to individualize instruction for diverse learning needs. Partner with families as their primary point of contact, providing consistent updates and leading parent-teacher conferences. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides to ensure cohesive classroom management and adherence to best practices. Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized space. Demonstrate professional dedication by participating in ongoing training and collaborating with school leadership to achieve program goals. Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED. At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting. 90 Hours Preschool, 9 Hours Communication, ADA, Basic Health and Safety. A current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.Pay:
