Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families through innovative teaching practices and compassionate care. Duties Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood development, literacy education, and foundational skills in math and physical education. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively, encouraging cooperation, and supporting social-emotional growth. Provide toddler care and preschool experiences that support developmental milestones in a safe and nurturing environment. Ensure health, safety, and welfare of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in child welfare. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents and co-teachers. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Monthly supplemental wage bonus of $240, $360, or $540 depending on experience and education level!
