Toddler Float Teacher Hiram, ME 04041 $16.50 - $18.00 an hour - Part-time $16.50 - $18.00 an hour - Part-time Overview We are seeking a passionate Toddler Float Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and lesson plans tailored to their needs. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, social skills, and emotional development. Provide individualized care and support for each child. Conduct monthly observations to assess children's progress and development. Foster a love of learning through creative play, and hands-on activities. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss child welfare and developmental milestones. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Experience working with toddlers is essential Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Understanding of child welfare principles and commitment to providing a safe environment for all children.
