  • Part-time, Full-time Leap N Learn is hiring a creative and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire young minds through structured play, learning, and discovery.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, nurturing, and passionate about early education. Join our team and help children build social, emotional, and academic skills in a positive, engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities Plan and implement lesson plans and activities that support all areas of child development. Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Prepare children for kindergarten through age-appropriate learning experiences. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's progress, milestones, and classroom activities. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and center policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with administration and fellow educators to support center goals and maintain high-quality programming.
