The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in their care. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, motor skills, and social interaction. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children, including those with disabilities or special needs. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed to encourage positive development. Maintain effective classroom management to create a structured learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
