Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers at The Eddy to inspire young learners through engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences. In this role, you will create a safe, inclusive classroom that nurtures each child's curiosity, social-emotional growth, and academic readiness. You'll implement KinderCare's research-based curriculum, observe and document developmental progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Surrounded by a collaborative, learning-focused team, you'll have opportunities for ongoing training, career advancement, and meaningful impact in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate daily lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and educational standards. Support children's social-emotional growth and positive behavior. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support program quality and special events.
