Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate daily lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and educational standards. Support children's social-emotional growth and positive behavior. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support program quality and special events.
