In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote growth across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where children feel valued and excited to learn. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of children, including literacy education, math, physical education, and science activities. Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports behavior management and promotes positive social interactions among children. Conduct lesson planning for diverse activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Engage with children through hands-on learning experiences, supporting their early intervention needs and fostering childhood development milestones. Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable. Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and other educators to support individual learning plans and child welfare initiatives. Manage classroom routines efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development that incorporates literacy education, early childhood techniques, or other educational frameworks is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists. Familiarity with classroom management tools and lesson planning preferred. Background in working with children with special needs or those requiring additional support is an advantage.
