Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Gaines Township center to nurture and inspire young learners. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom, implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum, and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll build strong partnerships with families through regular communication, observation, and progress sharing. Working within KinderCare's collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll participate in ongoing training and have opportunities for career advancement while making a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based activities. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Observe, document, and report on children's development and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
