Duties Support daily routines for children, including feeding, diapering, and nap times, ensuring comfort and safety at all times Assist with educational activities that promote childhood development, early learning, and social skills Supervise children during playtime, outdoor activities, and classroom transitions to ensure safety and positive behavior management Collaborate with lead teachers and caregivers to implement age-appropriate curricula and behavioral strategies Provide first aid when necessary and follow health protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment Engage with children using nurturing caregiving techniques that support individual needs, including working with children with disabilities Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Qualifications Prior experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom experience preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children effectively Strong skills in behavior management and creating inclusive environments for all children Ability to work collaboratively within a team of caregivers and educators Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning atmosphere Join us in shaping bright futures!
