Job Description
The GSRP lead teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing a developmentally appropriate, active learning classroom environment for four-year-old children. This role requires a BA degree in Early Childhood or Child Development and at least two years of experience in an active learning curriculum (HighScope preferred). The lead teacher ensures compliance with all GSRP requirements, supports family engagement, and fosters a warm, inclusive learning community.
