  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Worker/Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children's curiosity and support their developmental milestones. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging daily activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care routines Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, respect, and independence among children Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and inclusive teaching practices Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents or observations Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's developmental milestones and address any concerns Manage classroom environments effectively through classroom management techniques that promote orderliness and engagement Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with people with disabilities are a plus Strong classroom experience with toddlers, infants, or preschool-aged children Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a caring and supportive atmosphere Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and children Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning from an early age Join us in creating joyful learning experiences that empower children to reach their full potential!
