Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Grand Blanc KinderCare center to provide nurturing, educational care for young children. In this on-site role, you will create safe, engaging classrooms, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Build positive, communicative relationships with children and families. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center goals. Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. Support inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and needs. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
