Lead Teacher Job Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and carry out education program as designed by IXL Learning Center Responsible for the appearance of the classroom (ie. bulletin boards, care of equipment and materials, overall cleanliness, and organization) Supervise children in classroom and on playground at all times, which may include lifting children and equipment Share in classroom housekeeping and cleaning duties Open, daily communication with parents Lesson planning Implementing strong classroom management Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Lead Teacher Requirements:

Looking for someone who is positive, caring, loving, and patient Must work well with others Able to lift children of varying ages and equipment of varying sizes Educational requirements: minimum 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or child related field with 960 hours of experience. Rate of pay is based on level of education and experience in the field.
